Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee, as Aurra Gems often begins the bespoke crafting process immediately.
To be eligible for a refund from Aurra Gems, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and certificates. Certain custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for a full refund.
To initiate a return, please contact Aurra Gems at contact@AurraGems.shop within 7 days of receiving your item. You will be responsible for secure, insured shipping for the return.
Once your return is received and inspected by Aurra Gems, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days.
